Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Dairy in the 21st Century curriculum CD on Texas agricultural science teachers and students. Dairy industry representatives sought to determine the effectiveness of the developed curriculum as well as search for improvements and feedback from agricultural science teachers who were end users of the product. The population for the study was chosen from a list obtained from the Vocational Agricultural Teachers Association of Texas. The instrument was developed using a combination of demographic and Likert-type questions. In general, Texas Agricultural Science teachers agreed that the Dairy in the 21st Century curriculum CD is a beneficial teaching aid.
